Description of the project
The Grand County School District Electronic High School
offers a complete high school curriculum on the Internet leading to high
school graduation. The curriculum is the same as used in our adult education
classes and our alternative high school. Grand County School District's
School Board has accepted this curriculum and allows the GCSD Electronic
High School to grant high school credit and a high school diploma. Courses
may be taken: to replace courses the student has failed at the local high
school. to accelerate a student's graduation date (free to GCHS students).
to provide a high school diploma for adults who never finished high school.
to grant credit to home-school students or others who are unable or unwilling
to attend the local high school. to acquire up-to-date computer skills and
certification not available elsewhere (free to GCHS students).
