School N 63 of the city of Yaroslavl is reorganizing into gymnasium what is a new type of secondary education establishment in modern Russia. The school (gymnasium) N 63 is proud of its contribution to the education of children in Zavolzhkey district of Yaroslavl. In a caring atmosphere

are encouraged to develop their talents and aptitudes to the full.
The curriculum in the school is academically
biased, maintaining a good balance
between Arts & Science subjects and special emphasis is given
to the humanitarian education.
The curriculum has
diverse cultural and language subjects, among
them three foreign languages (English, French and German) as major
subjects as well as optional courses,
courses in the history and culture of
the US and Great Britain, France, English and American Literature.
Latin is also taught
as optional course. The school has
developed a special interest in the study of life and cultural legacy of the outstanding people of Russia and other countries of the world. The school is equipped
with up-to date computers and the staff
are enthusiastic about using IT methods of foreign language teaching.

University, which has wide international links. American, British,
French students who do Russian course

excursion, school concerts.
