We can see that most rainfalls are in Germany then
Austria and then Greece. In October it was raining all along the
month but the rainfall varied. In November the rainfall in Austria
and Greece have increase. Notice that in our country there was a
lot of problems' cause by these rains due to the summers' fires.
We will send more information and observations as soon as we finish
our project.

It is really astonishing that the rainfall in Germany
was so different from the rest. To give some more information about
it, we want to add that during the whole century there has never
been so much rain in Germany.

We have discussed the rainfall diagram. The results
are very obvious. In Greece it starts to rain later and the amount
of the rain is smaller. But we think that with the diagrams we loose
too much of information. The thing that we are interested most are
the result of the rain i. the floods. We cannot see for example
that we had a lot of problems in Greece due to the summer fires.
Do you have any idea what we could measure or report in order to
take into account also this factor?

To give you some more information about what happened
in October, we can tell you that our rivers and the river Main,
too flooded the areas near by. The flood in the Rhein-Main area
was not as dangerous as in different areas like Baden-Baden or in
the federal state of Niedersachsen (northern part of Germany). It's
quite common to have a lot of rain in autumn but normally the rain
is heavy in November so this might be a consequence of the global
changing climate.
