Presentation of / and discussion of management and communication structures

Vassiliki Kollia presented the management and communication (partner meetings, reports) structures of the project as well as the project resources, the new budget, and the payment arrangements (see Annex, section 3).
Bernd Klewitz raised the issue that the extra-participating schools should be provided either with a Documentation confirming their participation in the project or with equipment for their school laboratory in order to give them a motivation to participate and be sincerely engaged in the project.
It has been decided that this case should be examined, as well as the possibility to provide with a Documentation all the students participating in the project.
