Discussion on work-packages
The work-plan, the timing of work, as well as the deliverables, and the roles and tasks of the partners have been discussed in this section (
see ANNEX, section 5).
The work-packages correspond to the following categories of activities:

Note:
B.1 It has been decided that by 1st March the University of Berlin will circulate between the partners a draft questionnaire covering all four topics. Input should be given by the partners in one week time. So, the questionnaire in its final form will be ready by 15th of March 2000. The questionnaire will be delivered both in English and German. The translation into Greek and French will be done by Ellinogermaniki Agogi till the end of March.
B.4 Data submission to the E-tool should be finished by the end of June for all the schools involved. It should be mentioned that Greek and German schools should have finished this activity by the end of May, which coincides with the end of their school year, whereas the Austrian schools should have end it by the end of June. Nevertheless, effort will be placed from all schools to submit their data within the first twenty days of May, in order for the students to have some data to debate on.
B.5 Data processing in classroom will be an ongoing process from May to mid October with a break of one month (July) for all schools. It should be mentioned that during June schools in Austria are open, whereas in Germany classes start in August.
B.6 & B.7 Data processing in collaboration with the journalists and with the expert will start on May and shall end by the end of October with one month break (July) due to summer holidays.
B.8 First draft of the articles by the students should be ready by middle of November.
B.9 The deadline for the activity regarding article editing in collaboration with the journalist will be extended two weeks.

C.1 Production/ reproduction of the evaluation questionnaires will start on April and will be extended till end of May.
C.2 The development of the project's implementation guide will be done in two faces. By the end of March there will be an online short version of the guide, whereas the guide in its final form should be handed over by the end of May.
C.3 The production/reproduction of the implementation guide will start on April and shall end by mid June.
C.4 It has been decided that by 16 February Creative Marketing will make some suggestions on the Logo of the project, and will include all the changes in the structure discussed during the meeting. Partners should comment the site by 21st February, and by the end of February the site will be online including the changes suggested by the partners.
C.5 The E-tool should be ready by 30 April.
C.9 The production/reproduction of the articles will be extended by one month.
C.10 The production/reproduction of the project's handbook will be extended by one month.

The work plan for the evaluation activities included in the proposal was a preliminary one. After the discussion during the kick-off it has been changed. Consequently, some changes occurred in the activities included in this work-package.
According to these changes, the activities D.4,D.7 do not occur any more (Please see section "Evaluation Methodology).
D.3 According to the revised Evaluation methodology plan teachers instead of answering questionnaires, they are keeping logbooks. The composition of logbooks to be given to teachers should have finished by 15 March 2000.
D.5 Since there will be developed two questionnaires for the pupils to fill in, the Compilation of data out of students questionnaires will be done in two phases. The compilation of data out of the first questionnaire is due to be done by June, whereas for the second questionnaire is due to be delivered on November 2000.
D.6 "Compilation of data out of educators questionnaires" is renamed to "Compilation of data out of educators logbooks".
D.9 The Evaluation report will be submitted in February 2001.
